For Parker's Spring Break, we decided to do a "Stay-cation." I planned a fun activity for each day.
Monday: We did Spring Cleaning. My kids are at the age where cleaning mirrors, dusting, and washing dishes are fun especially if you can use the spray bottle all by yourself. Mor mor and Pa came that evening to drop off their dog before heading up to Utah. It was a nice treat to have them over for dinner and participate in FHE.
Tuesday: We went to the Children's Museum with a group of friends and then out to Sonic for lunch.
Wednesday: Bounce house with the same group of friends and then In-N-Out.
Thursday: We joined my good friend Jenny and her kids in Reno to go to The Discovery (Reno's Children's Museum). We had so much fun! I didn't take any pictures this week but we had a good time. The pictures below are from Jenny's camera (thanks!). I did manage to use my flip for a short video at the bottom but it's not that good and a little jumpy:)
Friday: We had a picnic at the park with Russ. Mor mor and Pa made it for dinner and then we started our Easter celebration. (Next post)
The Discovery
Even though we didn't take a vacation for Spring Break, we really had a fun time exploring our area!
